The item is covered by a 1 year guarantee giving you peace of mind of its quality and workmanship, the guarantee does not cover accidental damage or mistreatment.

Each item can take up to 4 – 6 weeks to complete from the order being placed, this is because we source the gem, make the ring, hallmark the piece and give a final inspection before delivery. If the order is urgent, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible.

Each item is a bespoke made order, items cannot be returned due to change of mind or dislike of the final design so be certain on your choices, if an issue does arise please contact us immediately.
